MBBrowser reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms of Service or business rules at any time without prior notice to users. Modified terms will be published in the software and take effect immediately upon publication. If you register, log in, and use the software or service on behalf of an organization rather than yourself, you are deemed to have sufficient authorization to agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.
1. Account Terms
You must have full civil capacity and civil rights to use this service. To access the software and use the service normally, you must fill in accurate email address, phone number, and any other information required during registration, and ensure that this information is updated promptly when changes occur.
If you provide any false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, MBBrowser reserves the right to restrict or ban your account and suspend or terminate part or all of the service without liability to you.
Your account may only be used by you personally. Sharing accounts with multiple users is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MBBrowser will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
You may only use the service for your own internal operations. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including providing the service to any third party for profit or non-profit purposes, or using it to engage in activities that violate the law or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of third parties.
2. Payment, Refunds, Upgrades/Downgrades, and Expiration
All payments must be made through a valid payment method. The service is billed on a prepaid, monthly/annual basis. Fees already paid will not be refunded if the service is suspended or terminated for reasons not attributable to MBBrowser. MBBrowser will not provide refunds for unused monthly fees, annual fees, upgrade/downgrade packages, or the remaining unused period in a service plan.
All fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Service expiration or downgrade may result in the loss of content, features, or capabilities under your account.
3. Cancellation and Termination
If you stop using the service before your prepaid service period expires, you will not be charged for subsequent periods, but fees already paid for the remaining period will not be refunded. If you violate any terms of this agreement, business rules, or applicable laws, MBBrowser reserves the right to restrict or ban your account and suspend or terminate part or all of the service, and may demand compensation for all losses incurred.
Termination of the service will result in the deletion of your account and all content and information in it. MBBrowser reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason without explanation.
4. Service and Price Modifications
MBBrowser reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time, and may adjust service types, formats, and pricing. All price changes, including monthly/annual subscription plans, will be communicated through push notifications, email, official website announcements, or changes to the software or service. Continued use of the software or service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and pricing.
5. User Content and Legality Rules
You must ensure the legality of any content you upload, store, or access through the software and service, ensuring it does not violate any laws or regulations, public order, or the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party.
MBBrowser has the right, but not the obligation, to remove content and accounts that contain illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. You may not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
6. MBBrowser Copyright
All intellectual property rights related to the software and service, including appearance design, application programs, source code, trademarks, logos, interface design, APIs, and related copyrights are owned by MBBrowser. Without MBBrowser's prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, imitate, or use any part of the above intellectual property.
7. Privacy
You agree that MBBrowser collects, retains, and stores your user information and certain user preferences for the purpose of providing and improving the service. MBBrowser will not disclose your personal information without notice, except as required by law or judicial authorities. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
You agree that MBBrowser provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MBBrowser warrants that the service is consistent with its service description and published commitments. Beyond this, MBBrowser makes no other express or implied warranties.
Under no circumstances shall MBBrowser be liable for service unavailability, data delays, disruptions, or errors caused by connection failures, system malfunctions, hacker attacks, viruses, power outages, force majeure events, government actions, or any other causes beyond MBBrowser's reasonable control.
9. Other Provisions
You agree not to reproduce, sell, resell, or otherwise provide the service or any part thereof to any third party without MBBrowser's explicit written permission. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MBBrowser and supersedes any prior agreements. This agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of the competent court at MBBrowser's location. MBBrowser reserves the final right of interpretation of this agreement.
